My assistant cannot find NativeDiagram tools
Enable NativeDiagram in your conversation. Check the assistant's connection and sign-in status, then start a new session. Signing in to this website does not connect the assistant.

The assistant creates a diagram, but not my complete document
Complete documents require the SmartArt skill and host document tools, downloads, Python with lxml, and rendering. Ask your assistant to check these before generating. The website stores the standalone diagram; your assistant delivers the complete report or deck.

Connecting an account does not install a skill. Confirm the skill appears in your assistant, replace an existing copy when updating, and run the free check there. This website cannot read the version installed on your device.
Update your SmartArt skill →Generation failed, timed out, or used a layout that does not fit
Keep the request ID and ask your assistant to recover that request. A completed keyed request returns the original files without another charge. If the result is unknown and you have no request ID, check My diagrams before requesting another generation.
For a layout or text limit, keep the requested labels and relationships while reviewing alternatives. Agree on any wording changes before retrying. For exhausted credits, check your remaining allowance and reset date.

Ask your assistant to query the live layouts for your complete labels and relationships. Layouts have fixed node counts and capacities. Conditional branches, merged paths, swimlanes and arbitrary graphs are not supported.
Native editing uses Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. A sample or LibreOffice preview does not verify the final Office document. Native composition supports single-section, single-column Word body placeholders and top-level, unrotated PowerPoint text placeholders; other targets require a different workflow before generation.
